What do you think about yourself?

What would it be like if you were someone else looking at yourself? Have you ever wondered that? I know I have. How weird would it be to be someone else looking at you? What would you think of yourself?

What I want you to do today is take a piece of real paper and a good old fashioned pencil and write down what you think about yourself. Not what anyone else says, not what you want to be like or should be like, you most likely already know that.
Write honestly what you like about yourself and what you don't like. Divide the paper into two categories, "Wonderful" and "Needs Work"

 Rule 1 is: For every 1 thing that is negative there must be 2 positive. So, in the end, you should have twice as many good things as not so good things.

 Rule 2 is: Write things down as quickly as possible. Set a timer even if you need to. This helps you get everything out without spending a whole lot of time.

Rule 3 is: Be Honest.

Now, try it! And see how you feel afterward.
